AirbnbMaidEZ was founded by Ingrid Taylor in QLD. As a qualified and experienced teacher, Ingrid developed a passion and commitment to helping others succeed. Owning, Managing and Marketing 2 Franchises in South Africa and Australia - Sydney, allowed Ingrid to gain invaluable Business Skills. Ingrid’s interest in Property has resulted in her having owned and managed properties in South Africa (Durban), Australia (QLD & NSW) and Hong Kong. Ingrid has an eye for detail and a passion for Art & Styling. Personal experience working with different hosting platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Luxury Escapes, has taught Ingrid the financial benefits of short term holiday rentals.

LUELLA ENGELEN

Luella and her team have more than 10 years international experience in marketing holiday homes and destinations around the world. South Africa, Mauritius, UK and now Australia are countries that have benefited from her online marketing expertise. Luella is a qualified Analytical Chemist and worked successfully in the pharmaceutical industry for 8 years before starting her own business. Her teams expertise lies in capturing online enquiries and converting these enquiries into bookings that benefit home owners and hotels.

HOME STYLING

Our Home Styling Team is run by Michelle Bingham & Tracy van Deventer. They are the people who make your property look fabulous for the shoot and for your guests. A stylist will interpret a client’s brief and provide you with the “ideas” or the “appropriate décor” to make your property more appealing.

HOUSEKEEPING

Our Professional Housekeeping Team is run by Penny Holt. Together with her right- hand lady, Kaye McNabb, they lead a team of professional cleaners to take care of your home, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness and maintenance of your property. Replenishments are provided for each new guest. These include: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soaps and dishwashing liquid. Hotel Quality Linen and Welcome Hampers are available on request.

MAINTENANCE

Whether your property is large or small, property maintenance should be considered an integral part of its overall protection and upkeep. Our Property Maintenance Team (Grant Scott and Glenn Jacques) are on hand to support you in fixing damage, replacing equipment or replenishing supplies necessary for the efficient operation of your property.

GARDENING

Our Gardening Service Team run by Peter Flanagan, will keep your property clean, healthy, safe and well maintained. For those who do not have the time to work in the garden, take care of the plants and maintain the lawns, this team will help you keep your property attractive for your guests.

PHOTOGRAPHY

A picture is worth a thousand words, when it comes to property promotion. Professional and personalized photography aims to present your property with the opportunity to gain an advantage over your competitors. An eye for details and creativity makes all the difference with first impressions. Brian Usher is a Professional Photographer and the Managing Director and Editor in Chief of Ocean Road Lifestyle Magazine - 25 years.

POOL MAINTENANCE

Keeping a pool ready for swimming means performing regular maintenance. Our Pool Maintenance Team run by Chris Duce will clean your pool, remove all leaves and debris from the water, empty the skimmer basket and check the chemistry of the water. Professional Pool Maintenance ensures you have peace of mind knowing your pool is properly cleaned and serviced for your guests.
